As Assistant Finance Manager - Finance Excellence, you will be responsible for :
1. Playing a strategic role as project coordinator to orchestrate the project supporting the Project Lead.
2. Organizing weekly and monthly meeting with all stakeholders to update the project status.
3. Tracking and monitoring the project milestones as per KPI and timeline.
4. Having the opportunities to engage with cross function team to ensure the delivery.
5. Leading on preparing proper documentation for all the project communication.
6. Helping the finance consolidated Board Deck ready every month while waiting for the automation.
What we are seeking for :
1. Graduated from Finance or Accounting major from reputable universities with minimum GPA 3.00
2. Strong in numbers, have a structured thinking, and can perform data analysis well
3. Have minimum 1 year working experience in Finance or Accounting-related; fresh graduates are still welcome to apply if they have experiences aligned with we are currently seeking for
4. Open & flexible for working location (working location can be from our Head office or our factories) and also for job rolling within finance organization.
