Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple business units on the analytics level (e.g. Bibit, Stockbit)
- Initiate special projects with a broader scope of analysis to solve the critical business issue (exploratory)
- Generate analysis framework on exploratory analysis to create a compact and concise analysis scope.
- Create an Analysis roadmap to tackle problems on a higher business level which later will be broken down into multiple smaller analyses.
- Actively reporting to higher management on ongoing projects, critical business issues, and strategic movements
- Deliver findings/insight/action items from analyses towards respective team stakeholders and higher management.
- Actively reporting and discussing with the Head of Data Analyst and Head of Data Department regarding analytic and data-related-issues and roadmap
- Actively involved in brainstorming sessions/high-level discussions with other stakeholders as DA representative on a strategic level alongside SDA and Head of Data Analyst
- Generate business workflow to improve working efficiency across departments.
- Supervise and improve all data analysts' projects daily
- Periodically initiate two-way 1on1 sessions with DA team members to gather feedback and better self-improvement (both ways)
- A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or Engineering
- Min 4 years+ of relevant work experience in management/strategic consulting, banking, FinTech, online payments/e-wallets, eCommerce, and/or start-ups.
- Strong foundation in data query/manipulation using SQL and data visualization using tools like Tableau.
- Quantitative discipline with strong business sense and ability to articulate complex analysis results to a wide range of audiences, and translate these to actionable business insights. Primarily driven by quantitative outcome for all decision-making.
- Ability to pinpointing the problem and find a solution from the data
- Possess structured critical thinking, detail-oriented. Experience in analyzing & quantifying complex strategic issues tied to long-term business growth.
