- Accelerating and improving customer experienced related with digital content
- Responsible for developing/coordinating of digital content for intensified campaigns and direct grower engagement.
- Supporting on Grower Interface project.
- Contribute to business growth by enhancing our digital platform by creative and inspiring content.
- Bring service through digital solution that customers value
- Work with Brand activation team & Digital Marketing to plan, produce and create of a campaign calendar of digital content to be used across all our digital channels.
- Develop creative ideas, suggest new innovative ways of delivering digital content and keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends.
- Create graphics, edit photos, and videos working with the internal/external design team when necessary.
- Manage our digital platform Facebook, tanyapakar, etc and support grower interface project.
- Train and share knowledge with internal teams (sales team) wherever possible to empower them to support a creative content.
- Good communication skills, good English.
- Excellent in MS. Office, administration work, social media content & design creation and digital apps.
- WFH or Hybrid with some days in a week come to office (based on position and conditions).
- Minimal Diploma 3 from reputable universities, Fresh graduate - Max. 2 years of work experiences.
