- Supervise unloading, loading & blending process, coal stockpile so that the work process on port and in the office environment can run on target and safely.
- Identify potential damage/hazards during the operational process and carry out handling in accordance with established procedures, including coordinating with maintenance parties for handling equipment problems.
- Submit operational activity reports to the Operations Section Head.
- Responsible and active role in the management and implementation of quality management, K3 and the environment as well as IBT programs.
- Minimum Diploma IV or Bachelor Degree (S1) graduate majoring in Shipping or Port or related
- Minimum 3 years of experience Port Terminal or Port Operation Supervisor or related position
- Understanding about Draft Survey, Operational Technique, ISPS Code
- Have good understanding about Safety & Environmental Management
- Have competence in Stockpiling & Loading Management, Quality Control, Port Administration, and Berthing
- Have ability to make decision in accordance with the development of the field situation
- Able to work as a team and shift.
- Willing to be placed in North Kelanis - Kalimantan Tengah
