Ringkasan Fungsi

To support plant CAPEX Project.

Tanggung Jawab
  • Interacting daily with the clients (all plant department leaders and external parties) to interpret their needs and requirements and representing them in the field.
  • Preparing the technical document (SOW for work and specification for material).
  • Preparing project charter, plan, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring the assigned projects (multiple projects).
  • Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants (local, regional and global team) to provide assistance and technical support.
  • Do daily communication with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and representing them in the field.
  • Monitoring and control the progress work at site to keep the high safety concern, productivity and quality of work/product.
  • Perform the regularly report complete with mitigation plan.
  • Lead the team to execute projects (Supervisor, procurement, drafter, project admin).
Persyaratan
  • Mechanical engineering Degree from reputable University.
  • Min 5 years’ experience at project (Design and construction).
  • Has strong safety culture.
  • Has experience on brown field plant project (Capex).
  • Good communication skill English and Bahasa.
  • Familiar with Microsoft project and project management.
  • Strong communication/manage supplier, contractor and engineering company (push them on technical, schedule and cost).
