- Hold min. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.
- Have a minimum of 10 years experience in Steel Fabrication as a Production Manager.
- Business level English.
- Willing to work in Cikarang.
- Willing to work on Saturday.

- Creating and analyzing a good and orderly company management system in accordance with ISO management standards and laws and regulations.
- Seeking steel market share to ensure maximum steel production in accordance with production capacity.
- Managing and controlling work implementation in all steel production divisions.
- Planning budgeting and overseeing the entire costing of the steel fabrication division in the company.
- Making the team strategy to be solid and loyal.
- Solve existing problems in the company
- Report activities to the Board of Directors
- Understanding fabrication techniques and following developments.
- Other related tasks as assigned.
