Position Objective/Expectation
- Assist Manager to manage HR team including in payroll matters
Job Responsibilities
- Develop & Implement policies on issues like employee relations, working conditions, HR Strategies, and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy
- Responsible in HR administrations, Payroll, and ensure personnel files are up to date and secure
- Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and supporting other functions of human resources department
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Have a minimum of Bachelor/Master Degree In Human Resource Management/ Management / Psychology, Legal, or equivalent.
- Have experience minimum 2 years as HR Supervisor
- Leadership, well understanding in payroll matters, recruiting, compensation and benefit, industrial relation (having payroll exp is priority)
- Business level English skill (both speaking and written)
- Have good knowledge in HR & regulation
- willing to work in Cikarang
