- Monitor and Control WIP and ACR
- Monitor and Control payment processing
- Check PNL , Runoff and data quality
- Monitor and ensure that invoice is already sent to customers
- Monitor import AP invoice from overseas agents
- Maximum 35 years old
- Bachelor degree from any major
- Has minimum 1 year experience in the same field or in freight forwarding company
- Meticulous
- Can operate CW1 will be advantage
- Comprehends ocean import procedures
- Has knowledge of import operations
- Good at both spoken and written English
- Able to work individually or in a team
- Computer literacy (Ms. Office, Excel, Word, Power Point)
