- Develop branding and campaign strategy for assigned products/brands
- Oversees and analysis promotions, public relations and advertising associated with assigned products/brands, and assesses their success against the plan.
- Manage marketing communication contents for activation in all media (online and offline) to produce marketing activation program that will enhance customers/clients experience and products sell through
- Create and execute Calendar of Event for Sales & Marketing campaign
- Control and monitor media and promotion materials distribution collaborating with Sales Dept in order to support marketing communication strategy which is according to market segment or product story
- Establish PR & Communications programs that will benefit and support sales
- Work closely with agency in managing company social media accounts and website including SEO/SEM, demand generation, lead generation, etc
- Working closely with the company's Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Management / Communication or equivalent
- At least 5 years of working experience in Marketing Communication / Brand or Product Management / Marketing or Advertising Agency
- Preferably coming from Travel industry or FMCG/Retail
- Must understand digital marketing (end to end), handle strategic planning for brand promotion, control marketing budget, and networking engagement + communication (channel and online/offline activation related to outdoor activities) – CSR/Community
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Pleasant personality, well organized, high motivation, and good analytical thinking.
- Tight in follow-up, detail oriented and able to work under pressure.
