- Melaksanakan proses terkait pencetakan dan pengiriman Kartu, Statement dan Pin baik yang dilakukan oleh vendor maupun oleh internal Bank Permata sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku
- Mengelola database pencetakan dan pengiriman kartu Statement dan Pin dan menyajikan analisa data sesuai kebutuhan
- Mengelola/memitigasi risiko yang timbul terkait proses yang dilakukan
- Melakukan monitoring performance vendor
- Minimal Pendidikan S1 jurusan IT / Informatika
