- Plan and implement production operational strategies that are in line with company plans.
- Plan, implement and monitor supply chain strategies to maximize efficiency and productivity in the production process.
- Develop and oversee programs and policies to maximize production capacity and ensure high quality products.
- Establish policies on material use, capacity planning, and production methods so that operational efficiency can be achieved.
- Supervise the implementation of industrial waste management in accordance with government regulations.
- Plan supply chain strategies to maximize efficiency and productivity in the production process.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing and managerial.
- Have experience working in the UAS/Drone industry
- Have understanding and expertise in the production process, quality assurance, supply chain, warehouse management, and company operations.
- Have oral and written communication skills.
