What You Will Do:

- Maintenance and control Service Level Agreement (SLA) per function or related departments.
- Handle and control internal supporting for customer inquiry.

- More than 5 years of experience working in customer service field.
- Experience implementing customer support systems and processes in fast-growing, early-stage, technology startups.
- Confident to build from the ground up with a scale in mind.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to present to C-level executives on department progress.
- Have strong interpersonal skills.
- Have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
