- Menjalankan dan mengatasi permasalahan yang terkait dengan produk-produk layanan
- Melakukan evaluasi kinerja Sales Supervisor, termasuk coaching counseling Team Leader dan Sales
- Membuat laporan Analisa Sales Operation Excellence (Total Merchant, Merchant Aktif, Biller dan Top Up).
- Minimum Pendidikan D3, dari segala juruan
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Area Sales Manager di Industri FMCG/Telco,/Startup/ Retail minimal 3 tahun.
- Kemampuan analisis dan perencanaan yang baik
- Kemampuan komunikasi dan presentasi yang baik
- Kemampuan problem solving
- Memiliki kemampuan leadership yang baik
