Manage overall forecasting process in the affiliate with full alignment on commercials impactors by item & customer Manage Inventory/Supply Chain for the affiliate; with full and close collaboration with Abbott Logistic International, Abbott Plant/Warehouse, and Distributors; to ensure product availability in the outlet Become the connecting link/hub between Sales, Marketing, and Finance to guarantee the optimum supply chain level and Financial Target achievement.
- Close Coordination with Marketing & Sales to review current In Market Achievement and Forecast. Provide analysis / intelligent to help forecast contributor (Sales and Marketing Manager) and adjust the forecast according to that input.
- Close Coordination with Finance to review the latest In and To Market LBE; Average Selling Price, etc. Support Finance and participate in the Plan and Update preparation to be presented to the Headquarters.
- Be the communication link between Supply (ALOG) and Demand (ADS).
- Maintain daily communications to update about any changes in the demand or supply.
- Maintain and support technical function of the DRP System (Item Master set up, Safety Stock Set Up Maintenance, etc). Make sure that the information residing in the system/s used (AS-400, BPCS, SAP, MANUGISTICS, etc.) for the S&OP process is reliable and updated.
- Facility analysis on products with short shelf life, product with high inventory levels, accept or refuse inventory offered with short shelf life after analyzing all financial and commercial implications.
- Participate in the New Product related meetings in order to determine their market projections. Keeping a database of opportunities will facilitate and improve market projections.
Formal Education including specification: S-1 graduate (MBA is preferable)
Experience & Exposure:
- Strong analytical skills are needed to be able to forecast and solve any Supply & Demand issue
- at least 5 years of experience as Supply Chain Specialist in FMCG Multinational Company
- Hand on experience in Statistical and Sales Analysis
- Strong Communication skills for both internal and external
- Be self driven and able to work under pressure and deadlines.
- Leading S&OP cycle, including Demand Meeting, Supply Meeting & S&OP Meeting
- Proficient in building forecast in SAP APO DP
