Responsibilities:
- In charge on the production of content for the publication at Stellar Women and brand under Stellar Women
- Spearhead development and implementation of the content strategy to establish Stellar Women's products and activations
- Lead and supervise all Stellar Women content creation process (web article and social media content) from ideation, writing, to publishing
- Define quality standards of content and production flow
- Provide direction to all editorial teams regarding all content that will be broadcast on the website or social media channel
- Define, design, and execute content marketing strategies by ensuring that all the existing content is still relevant, have the right words, and aligned with the guidelines to improve UX
- Support creative initiatives and production plans by ensuring all content and projects run on timeline
- Ensure that content writing and visuals are aligned with all brand under Stellar Women
- Stay on top of timely creative trends and culturally relevant moments to push forward our Social Media teams efforts with speed and efficiency
- Deliver reports regarding progress, emerging trends, and challenges faced by the teams
- Degree holder (min. S1 From reputable universities)
- Min. 5 years experience in content strategist, managing editor, or any relevant fields
- Advanced knowledge and prior experience doing copywriting, editing, and directing content
- Have a good sense of creative content and content awareness
- Ability to spot any new trends and provide it as content idea recommendations
- Have an ability to create content strategy through analytical skill and market development.
- The editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences
- Independent, good team player, self motivator
- Strong character and ability to give recommendations to companies
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and multitask startup environment
