Lead the team, and manage the budget for research and operational needed to support the activities
Providing advance on experimental design and quality control data
Developing mathematical and statistical analysis for research in agronomy, breeding, pest entomology, and operational research.
Supervising all data management including research project, analyzing, visualizing and reporting.
Develop dashboard using R-Shiny to monitor, to visualize and to analyze palm performance
Conducting research in oil palm that has a high sustainable benefit to the company
Qualifications:
At least S2 in Statistics or Data Science
Fresh graduates are welcome
Good knowledge in various machine learning and deep learning technique
Experience in querying and analytical model using R and SQL
Have a good competency in experimental design and make exploratory data analysis for agriculture research dataset
Able to understand various data structures and common method in data transformation
Good thinking, personality, analytical, communication skill, and able to work as team.
Naturally curious, analytical, detail-oriented, and has a high interest to participate and to conduct research.
Willing to be placed in our research center in Kandis, Riau.
