GRC is committed to enhancing compliance with international humanitarian law (‘IHL’), international criminal law (‘ICL’) and international human rights law (‘IHRL’) in fragile and conflict affected states(‘FCAS’).
We are looking for Admin and HR assistant who will be assisting daily base Admin, Operation and HR efforts.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in day to day operations in administration of GRC
- Assist the Administrator in booking of hotels, flight and train tickets for the project deployments according to the donor requirements and GRC policies
- Assist the Administrator in liaising and finalising procurements, service providers, any other externals
- Assist HR Manager on recruitment and contract renewal cycles.
- Assist HR Manager on arranging interviews and keeping the database and other recruitment files and folders up to date.
- Creates and maintains HR and Admin paper, electronic files and databases up to date.
- Follow-up on specific processes, purchases and quotations.
- Managing and updating records
- Managing GRC calendar and meeting
- At least 2 year of working experience in an NGO or international development set up. HR experience is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Drive
- Attention to detail and process oriented
- Compatibility for both independent and team work.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
