- Lead M&A projects
- Conduct due diligence and identify new mill or plantation areas in Indonesia to expand the business to
- Lead deal evaluation, DD, deal, negotiation, closing and completion of the deals
- Provide analysis to business opportunities in food, agribusiness and sustainable fuel sectors, both horizontally and vertically
- Lead competitors analysis and market analysis
This role is based in Jakarta, and we are only looking for Indonesian nationals. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must. The successful individual must also have excellent organizational and people skills, project & planning management skills with an ability to openly convey information to team members in a timely, concise manner. Other key requirements include:
- A minimum 4 years of work experience in corporate affairs/legal and/or land acquisition in palm oil sector
- Familiar with the government regulation regarding mill/plantation is a plus.
- Deal making experience acquired in corporate or financial institutions
- Being able to foster long term relationships with clients.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
