We are looking for an experienced Head Of Analytics to join our diverse team of people who are passionate about taking the real estate industry into the age of technology through innovation and a desire to solve its multitude of challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all analytics, web tracking, data engineering and analytics engineering activities in the Indonesia office.
- Drive delivery of day-to-day data requests and ensure that analytical approaches for different problems are sound and sensible.
- Lead initiatives that increase the quality and coverage of data that can drive impact to products and the business.
- Plan and execute initiatives that meet the medium-to-long term business analytics needs.
- Mentor and lead the data analytics, real estate analytics and analytics engineering teams in their individual and professional growth.
- Report to CDO and other stakeholders on status of business metrics and provide relevant forecasts and recommendations
- An analytical mind, metrics-driven and technically proficient.
- A strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
- At least 2 years experience in leading analytics teams and/or team in other data verticals.
- At least 2 years experience in analyzing online footprint data (eg GA360 data).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian, both written and verbal.
- Proficiencies in these programming languages:
- Python
- SQL
- Javascript is a plus
- Proficiencies in using these tools:
- Jupyter or simililar interactive computing platform / notebook (e.g. Colab, Zeppelin)
- GTM, GA4 and/or other web analytics services.
- These skills and experience will be good to have:
- Experience in administering or using tools in our tech stack*.
- Experience in backend and/or frontend coding. You are not required to code intensively but ideally be able to read them in order to debug data issues at the source.
- Experience in analyzing data in marketplace, classifieds, e-commerce and/or property portals.
- Knowledge of real estate in Indonesia (e.g. stakeholders in the domain, intimate knowledge of sales/rental process etc).
- Our tech stack:
- Google Cloud Platform - extensive use of BigQuery, Data Studio and Cloud Storage
- GTM, GA4 and Segment as web tracking and analytics services
- dbt for data transformations - we adopt the ELT philosophy.
- Airflow for data ingestion and transformation orchestrations.
- Python and its data wrangling packages (e.g. Pandas) and Jupyter notebook for deep analytics work
