comprised of 10 young professionals across the following teams:Core Operations - This team is responsible for ensuring the service quality levels of
key corporate accounts. Activities include managing dedicated fleets,
overseeing creation and maintenance of customized driver instructions and protocols,
managing cargo insurance policies, and taking on other special mandates from key
corporate accounts.Expansion Coordinators - This team is responsible for the expansion of the
platform and service across the country with a focus on Java and Sumatra. This is a
remote team who are located in various cities outside Jakarta. Activities include a wide
range of demand generation and supply vendor acquisition activities.Intelligence - This team is responsible for managing the marketplace pricing
competitiveness and custom pricings for RFPs and RFQs.
Management experience |Logistics/industrial/procurement/manufacturing background
Minimum 5 years full-time experience
Minimum 2 years directly managing a productive team
Problem solver
Strong communicator - not an introvert personality
Fluent English speaking and writing. Indian languages also useful. Bahasa Indonesia a plus but not essential
No logistics or technology experience essential, but will suit someone from a non-corporate background - more industrial / operational
Experience working in a start up environment beneficial
