Dalam pengembangan produk / aplikasi / sistem, seorang Junior Business Analyst berperan mulai dari menggali kebutuhan unit kerja untuk mendapatkan alternatif solusi yang tepat sampai dengan mendampingi unit kerja dalam proses pengembangan, merancang kebijakan, prosedur dan user requirement sesuai kebutuhan.
Testing Analyst berperan mulai dari menggali kebutuhan unit kerja untuk melakukan pengujian terhadap kelayakan produk / aplikasi / sistem dengan membuat skenario tes yang kemudian akan dijalankan untuk memastikan pengembangan yang dilakukan sesuai dengan solusi yang telah disepakati.
Junior Business Analyst dan Testing Analyst di BCA juga melakukan pemantauan terhadap proyek yang sedang berjalan serta melakukan sosialisasi secara internal perusahaan mengenai produk / aplikasi / sistem yang telah dikembangkan tersebut.
- Lulusan S1 semua jurusan Teknik, Komputer, Matematika, Statistika, dan Ekonomi
- IPK minimal 3.00 (skala 4.00)
- Memiliki minat di Pengembangan Sistem atau Produk
- Usia maksimal 24 tahun
- Penempatan di Kantor Pusat (Jakarta)
- Bersedia tidak menikah selama 1 (satu) tahun pendidikan
- Bersedia menjalani ikatan dinas setelah pendidikan
