ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
The role is expected to be filled in by a finance professional with high analytical acumen and compliance awareness, who will be involved in forecasting, controlling, analysis on financial performance and can act as a finance business partner to Corporate Team. Primary responsibility is to manage finance planning & reporting and finance project.
Reports to: Corporate Finance Manager - Planning & Reporting

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Support finance projects feasibility study, through commercial assessment, financial modelling, and risk/mitigation evaluation
- Support internal and external parties business partnering to communicate, driving and feed-back gathering inputs of the projects
- Preparing and scrutinizing supporting documents needed, including business travel to ensure on-time delivery of the project's document completion
- Arrange, documenting meetings, and following up "time-bound" action points from it
- Ensuring control and governance of finance projects are well implemented and documented
- Responsible for technical execution related to Masterdata and preparing month end closing Journal in the SAP system
- Ensuring compliance on SOx requirement related to financial reporting
- Monitoring for actual transaction and deliver financial reporting activities i.e., Monthly Forecast and Monthly Actual
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) or equivalent (preferable from accounting or finance) with minimum 2 years of work experience.
- Strong capability in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- SAP Knowledge is an added advantage.
- Strong teammate with excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Ability to work with all levels of staff and management across functions.
- Ability to work under pressure and keep to tight deadlines.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Proactive and open to change & new insights.
