- Hold Bachelor's degree in Law or Psychology from state university.
- Business level English (office use).
- Has minimum 5 years as HR from Manufacturing company (handling BPJS, Legal, IR, Training Development, and Union).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skill, hardworking, smart, cooperative.
- Working experience in Japanese company.
- Able to join ASAP

- Industrial Relation including communication and coordination with union.
- Counseling and motivation for employees.
- Handle rewards, punishment policy.
- Handle HRIS, BPJS (Ketenagakerjaan, Kesehatan, etc), company licensing, training and development.
- Follow up and updated regarding government regulation.
- Other related tasks as assigned.
