Requirement:
Degree holder in Real Estates, Business, Marketing or related disciplines with at least 7 years' solid experience in handling property leasing
Experience in retail / shopping mall leasing is absolutely a plus.
Self-motivated, good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Fluent in written and spoken English
Occasional travels is required
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Country Lead, formulating Leasing strategies pursuant to client’s instructions and parameters, preparing marketing plan and strategy, overseeing marketing activity undertaken by the leasing partners, and confirming the client’s decision on pricing strategy
- Support and act as a liaison between client and leasing partners to coordinate site visits, manage project timeline, check due diligence carried out by leasing partners on prospective tenants, review agreements for transactions, based on guidelines provided by the client, and coordinate for final execution.
- Work together with other parties such as Engineering, Project Management Team, Finance as well as Legal of the Client, if needed and necessary
- Process management of contract renewal, early termination/closure
- Review the sales and marketing material prepared by leasing partners
- Provide regular updates to the client on prospective leasing activities, on a monthly/ weekly basis
- Reporting and updating the client on compliance with KPI’s and delivery targets of leasing partners
