- Provides support and guidance to the organization related to HRGA issues, including but not limited to the policy, regulation and recommend the best practices
- Partners with management team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
- Administer all employee benefit calculation (payroll, medical, and other allowances)
- Oversees employee relation issues both site and HO
- Manage general affairs related task (ticketing, accommodation, etc)
- Working closely with site team to ensure that all HR related issues is well managed and comply to the regulations
- Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelors degree in related field
- Having at least min 10 years of working experience in HR field
- Working experience in Mining industry is a must
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Willing to travel to site on a regular basis
