- Manage IT Team and vendors in Indonesia.
- Work with Regional teams to support Global applications like SAP, Salesforce, etc.
- Manage and support local applications as needed.
- Support level 1 troubleshooting of laptops, PCs and printers.
- Align OT/IT security policies, procedures and standards and ensure organizational compliance.
- Make sure OT/IT security policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Actively manage the 15027001 certification audit requirements for OT/IT.
- Manage internal and external audit requirements on various OT/IT systems
- Manage and work with various IT teams to resolve SIEM incidents.
- Manage and resolve security incidents (compromised accounts information, virus infections, data leak) and ensure stakeholders (C Levels included) expectations are properly managed.
- Actively manage vendor/ outsource systems that contain critical information.
- Manage BCP and IT DR plans and coordinate with various stakeholders for regular BCP and IT DR exercises
A successful candidate will have:
- Relevant experience of >6 years in IT
- Experience in managing desktop support and IT helpdesk
- Experience in setting up IT system from scratch
- Fluent English
- Experience in managing & navigating IT audits
