Job description
In your new role, you will:
- Perform maintenance activities defined/describes in PM OJTI and general requirements (i.e., GreenLine, safety)
- Sustain and assist equipment/machinery to ensure smooth production operation
- Equipment know-how and troubleshooting, problem-solving.
- Troubleshoot equipment from minor and major machine errors, including problematic common quality deviation
- Coordinate 5S/housekeeping within working hours and autonomous maintenance on assigned equipment in charge
- Analysis, control, and improvement of Maintenance KPIs (e.g., OEE, UDT, SDT, MTBA, MTBF, etc.)
- Ability to plan maintenance scheduling and ensure execution. Lead and develop the maintenance team's competency (including technicians)
- Develop maintenance overhaul, adjustment, and calibration know-how (skill & knowledge) for all Tools & Equipment.
- Knowledge of equipment processes (e.g., PM kits replenishment, spare parts request, calibration/buy-off and maintenance of tools kits, etc.) and KPIs (PM efficiency and PM effectiveness).
- Proficient in understanding machine elements, electrical & electronics, sensor & pneumatic, PLC, etc
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in chemical/electrical/mechanical engineering
- Fluent in English
- Experienced in A2 Plating and AutoVision Process
- Understood Maintenance KPIs (e.g., OEE, UDT, SDT, MTBA, MTBF, etc.)
- Ability to plan maintenance scheduling and ensure execution. Lead the maintenance teams (including technicians)
- Develop maintenance overhaul, adjustment and calibration knowhow (skill & knowledge) for all Tools & Equipment.
