Job Responsibilities:
- Manage supplier pool of non-principles for parts
- Manage supplier pool of manufacturer/principles of non-genuine 2W and 4W parts
- Organize periodical business planning and review with suppliers
- Drive marketing initiatives for retail products
- Implement customer engagement events
- Ensure participation of retail in flash sales, campaigns, etc.
- Establish marketing partnerships with brands that have high brand equity
- Ensure (through forecast accuracy) stock levels are always kept at a max of 60 days of sales for non-genuine 2W and 4W parts
- Ensure a term of payment of 60 days from manufacturer/Principles is always maintained for non-genuine 2W and 4W parts
- Ensure (through forecast accuracy) stock levels are always kept at a max of 30 days of sales for parts
- Ensure (through forecast accuracy) stock outs never occur at various regional warehouse
- Ensure retail profitability objectives are met
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Min. 3 years experience in a related industry, e-commerce background is a plus
- Have good understanding of B2C business
- Have previous account management and sales/marketing experience
- Good CRM skills
- Demonstrated evidence of past commercial achievement
- Willing to travel
