You will work with the commercial, insurance and business teams in your local market to gain a deep understanding customer needs and business objectives.
- Product management - create customer journey maps, draft business requirements, and work with designers and engineers to deliver the product roadmap.
- Requirements management - be the central point of contact for your countries requirements and manage the process. You will need to work with business, commercial and legal/compliance to scope and prioritise the requirements which will feed into the wider product roadmap.
- Project delivery - Work with insurance companies, your squad, and business teams to ensure the smooth delivery of projects, (including but not limited to pushing stakeholders to provide documents/APIs/feedback in time)
- Product research - Interview customers to gather customer insights, painpoints and feature needs.
- Post-launch tracking - Monitor the progress of feature and communicate post-launch feedback to business and platform product stakeholders.
- Operation - Train CS and financial team on product knowledge before product launch.
- Product & Project sucess management & metrics tracking - collaborate across roles & stakeholders and ensur product & projects success, make data-driven business metrics & track, analyse root cuase and improve
- Working attitude: be proactive in your product management ability and show a willingness to support the commercial and business teams when required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Planning, Design, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or other related fields;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably from a tech-focused product company.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and strong stakeholder management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills complemented with problem-solving, resilient and growth mindset.
- Ability to oversee multiple projects and initiatives concurrently.
- Team player with experience working collaboratively in a cross-functional and cross-regional role.
- A self-starter who can execute in a fast-paced environment.
- Good to have: Previous product experience in the Insurance industry domain; product experience in platforms/app.
