- The Sales Manager mission is to primarily promote the hotel and where possible, hotels belonging to the chain in his/her area/region. To achieve optimal sales at the best possible conditions for the company.
- Up-sell, cross-sell and promote Hotel facilities & services at every available opportunity in order to maximize sales revenue.
- Conduct negotiations to achieve the best profit and rates for the Hotel.
- Prepare monthly action plan for main market segment
Work Experience
- Negotiation & Hard worker.
- Have experience market in Jakarta
- Strong in goverment and MICE event
- Experience minimum 3 years in the same position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application, especially MS Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
