- Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably majored in marketing, communication, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of proven working experience in digital marketing
- Hands on experience in content management
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Possess a good understanding of Social Media Organic & paid ads
- Past experience with web analytics, A/B testing, and inbound marketing tactics
- Ability to handle the budget for organic & paid ads.
- Familiar with some basic tools such as Google Analytics

- Build and manage the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant

- Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences
- Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success
- Plan and execute all digital acquisition activities (for mobile app and website) using ads platform including SEM, social media, display advertising campaigns, affiliate marketing, programmatic, etc.
- Work on a budget to reach maximum KPI keeping the CAC at the optimum level. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Plan and create a small-scale A-B test campaign to optimize campaign and creative performance better.
- Suggest new digital channels that have the potential to increase new user numbers in an efficient way.
