- Proper understanding of the Firm's service lines and profesional services; understanding unique competencies and skills required
- Managing relationships with business leaders ably co-formulating recruitment plans and sourcing strategy
- Incisive analysis of market supply situation relevant to workable recruitment and sourcing plans
- Develop strategic recruitment initiatives
- Evaluate recruitment process to drive process improvement
- Consult with top management and provide daily HR guidance
- Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Provide HR policy guidance
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals
- Evaluate training programs
- Suggest new HR strategies
- Maintain relationships with EY Area/Region HR counterparts particularly in compliance and cooperation with programs driven by the Area/Region
- Establish and maintain appropriate recruitment performance measurement and reporting to ensure proper management of recruiting operations
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Others), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- At minimum 10 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
