Responsibilities:
- Preparing, planning & executing projects and improvement initiatives affecting company wide in areas of Customer Experience, Payments and Customer Service
- Ensure deployment of common solutions across divisions and businesses
- Assess change readiness and prepare plans for helping internal and external stakeholders
- Utilize various process improvement tools and methodologies to define activities aligned with business objectives
- Prepare detailed plans to track project performance and assure timely completion and achievement of deliverables
- Deliver significant operational improvement, financial benefits and better customer experience to meet annual target
- Minimum Bachelor Degree with excellent academic result from reputable Indonesian or international universities
- Having minimum 4 years relevant work experiences from leading companies with project management role or consulting firms with high exposure in managing key projects
- Experienced in Fintech company would be an advantage
- Genuinely love to solve problems. drive change and see your solutions turn into reality
- Excellent analytical skills, great attention to detail and deep process understanding
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- A dynamic personality, high level of enthusiasm and commitment
- Speak native Bahasa and fluent English
- Excited to work in a multicultural and high pace environment
