- Drive the product vision, strategy and delivery for their new product line. Creating your own roadmap and communicate the vision and goals to stakeholders and users;

- Strategize development and communication of company's brand value to customers and partners.
- A Bachelor's / Masters or an equivalent degree, preferably in engineering or management
- Have loan product and corebanking system will be an advantage
- Experience in banking system is preferrable
- Familiar with Bank Rules/Regulations
- Strong candidates has experiences in working on either of the following products: Investment, BNPL, Lending, Wealth Management, Insurance.
- Successful track record in planning, developing and executing strategy for multiple projects while collaborating cross-functionally
- Analytical and data-driven, love digging into data and gather insights. Able to define and measure success on every product build
- Fluent in English, confident communicator and has strong entrepreneurial spirit. Curious and highly proactive behaviour is a must.
- Passion for customers, always bringing questions back to what will serve them best
- Ability to influence through persuasive verbal and written communication
