- Guest feedback is to be documented and shared with the FBM in order to identify where growth is required and where success can be celebrated. In addition cross departmental feedback must be relayed to the respective departments
- Use of and managing guest profiles is required as to ensure guest satisfaction and correctness of F & B requirements
- Manage operation by active front of the house guest interaction and by actively, upon arrival, seeking contact with event’s organizers
- Inspect banquet event/group requirements and set-ups far in advance of the event in order to ensure compliance
- S.O.P.’s and master Banquet files are administered as well as followed
- Diploma in Hotel Management, F & B Management or hospitality related education
- 4 years’ experience in a similar role at a 4 or 5 star property or an equivalent of experience and education
- Alcohol Awareness certified
- HACCP certified or valid health/food handler card issued by the government
- Have a good English and Bahasa in oral and written
