About the Marketing Manager (Hospital) Role:
Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, the Marketing Manager will play a key role in the marketing team's continued development and success
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a brand and marketing strategy
- Manage all marketing for the company and business unit (hotel, hospital, and real estate) and activity within the marketing department
- Develop the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives
- Develop and implement marketing plan and budget plan
- Analyse current performance, trends, market conditions and other contributing factors
- Lead the development and implementation of strategy to gain significant market share in this market segment
- Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to the marketing plan
- Review the marketing programme on a regular basis and implement ideas for business's improvement
- Get insights from the market and customers on behaviour needs and feedback then deliver the insight as input to develop strategic marketing and business plan
- Be responsible for gathering and analysing business and competitive intelligence to act on decisions to strengthen the business
Key Requirements:
- Managerial tenure who has experience from hospital with consumer goods or consumer pharmaceutical background
- Proven record of results achievement, problem solver, flexible, able to adapt to new ways of working
- Minimum S1, preferably master's in Marketing
