- Ensures the delivery of brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times.
- Provides excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate.
- Handles all guest customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
- Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
- Indonesian Nationality with a degree in Hospitality or related field
- Has minimum 1 (One) year experience in a similar position in 5 (five) stars International Hotel Chain
- Previous pre-opening experience in Luxury Hotel or international experience are advantages
- Strong in leadership and business acumen
- Excellent English communication skills, strong guest service mindset and people management & development skills
