- Retail experience is a must
- Ecommerce and digital experience is a must
- Responsible for driving growth and development of the Digital business and flagships
- Manage & liaise cross-function division including and not limited to brand & merchandising, marketing, CRM, creative, operations & supply chain.
- Manage marketing budget spends for each ecommerce channel in collaboration with Performance Marketing Team
- Work in conjunction with Merchandise team for product assortment and launch/ promotional calendar
- Work with brand merchandise teams for allocation by ensuring the right SKUs available with the right depth for each channel.
- Manage onsite product placement and hierarchy for conversion optimization
- Identify revenue and brand opportunities on products and provide feedback to brand teams
- Manage end to end reporting of ecommerce channels: Sales, SOH, sell-through, conversion rate & traffic.
- Work with relevant analytics tools to identify competition analysis and develop strategy to stay ahead
- Work with digital performance marketing team for result campaign, SKUs information (traffic) on each marketing channel
- Collaborate with CRM team to create strategy for cross-sell both onsite and offsite.
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, sales or related fields
- Experience 7 years Ecommerce experience
- Exceptional time management skills; ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping goals and objectives
- Ability to influence and interact with senior management
- Adaptable and flexible; responsive and resourceful in a fast-paced, quick turn business model
- Experience with digital marketing and online sales
