YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for Digital Customer Journey, digital touch points & digital best practice ideation and implantation during Integrated marketing Campaign
a.Research & information gathering from multiple touch points
b.Cocreation of brief with MMs by providing insights, consumers & platform behaviors
c.Strategy development & overall direction
d.Development of JBP, value barter based on ecommerce platform pitch document
e.Brainstorm, liaising, alignment with internal support (legal, PV, regulatory, IT), MMs, Ekam, ecommerce enabler, media agency, digital & creative agency
f.Attending knowledge/project updates meeting from vendor, alignment/identify the needs & suitability for our projects, submitting proposal to CDL with POV & rationale
g.Escalation & discussion with agency partners
h.Viability check with internal team like medical, PV, regulatory & legal
i.Administration (Contract discussion, quotation & ensuring the cost structure recorded correctly based on ZBB taxonomy)
2. Lead digital campaign implementation & optimization across in/out platform for better cost efficiency and higher CR
a.Distribution of monthly promo information from EKAM to agency, identifying items to develop & campaign/platform to support
b.Report gathering, performance monitoring, optimization and ensuring cost efficiency
3. Knowledge sharing for digital & ecommerce best practice with marketing team.
a.Enriching digital knowledge & the current digital trends by reading, meeting with 3rd parties & insight gathering
b.Filtering the information/ trends that align with each brands JTBD, efficiency & information distribution to MMs
4. Lead Digital Content Bay to ensure efficiency in cost and time for creative assets development across function (Ecommerce, Digital, Marketing & Trade Marketing).
a.Execution timeline development, overall direction for social contents & media assets (finding reference, caption writing) & briefing- partnered up with Digital Executive & EKAM
b.Revision notes compilation from MMs, CDLs & AWB approval
c.Administration
5. Initiate & lead agency review in monthly/quarterly basis for both Media Agency & Creative to get integrated learning
WHO YOU ARE
Education
- Min bachelor degree.
- Having experience in digital marketing, from principle or digital agency. Having experience in ecommerce would be more preferable
- Collaborates, Efficiency, Flexibility
- Strong communication in Bahasa and English
