- Set, plan and implement the event/offline strategy
- Organize and manage event/offline to boost brand awareness and attraction
- Coordinate with different stakeholders within majoo team to engage and develop relevant event/offline activity
- Monitor and optimize budget efficiency for event/offline activations
- Collect and analyze performance of every activity and make actionable recommendations for long-term perspectives
- Coordinate with external parties (building management, vendors, etc)
- 3-5 years of experience in managing event/offline activations and 2 years in handling team
- Ability to accomplish/complete a task while demonstrating a thorough concern for all areas involved (strong attention to detail)
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
