An established manufacturing and production company is seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager to join their team. In this job you will be responsible for end-to-end accounting function of the company including but not limited to GL, reporting, budgeting, balance sheet, AP and AR, and tax.
About the Finance & Accounting Manager Role:
As the Finance & Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end accounting finance, budgeting and reporting to the Director and based in Jakarta.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage month-end closing of the books and timely deliverables of requirements
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and group accounting standards
- Review balance sheet accounts reconciliations
- Prepare variance analysis against budget and prior years
- Manage external auditors and statutory reporting requirements
- Ensure overall tax compliance, accuracy and timeliness of company's tax reporting
- Identify and mitigate tax risks by improving processes and implementing best practices
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's (or above) degree in accounting or equivalent with professional qualifications such as CPA is preferred
- Three to five plus years' experience in financial analysis, reporting and systems implementation
- Big 4 background is preferred
- Experience in a multinational company
- Good command of English
- Team player and able to work independently
- Good track record of managing and developing teams
- Positive, driven, enthusiastic and ambitious for the business
