As our new Social Media Specialist Intern, you will get the opportunity to do hands-on projects and make an impactful contribution to the car-sharing ecosystem in Indonesia!
- Working with content associate to support social media content plan monthly (Instagram & TikTok).
- Execute editorial calendar with Copywriter, Graphic designer and Videographer.
- Working with Content Associate and Customer Service team to monitor online discussion about TREVO and manage Social Media engagement by replying comment across the social media (FB, IG, TikTok).
- Track engagement, supporting social media weekly report analysis, notetaking social media related meeting and discussion.
- Keeping up to date on the on going issue and trend all across social media.
- Creating report on competitor update (social media and business update) on weekly basis.
- Supporting content team on social media A/B Test project.
- Moderate user-generated content and in line with the moderation policy.
