Job Description
- Arrange organoleptic test for an internal and selected panelist, analyst the result, and determine the recommendation list
- Sample and form preparation, execution, and briefing to panelists, recap and analysis results, share to relevant parties
- Manage data material evaluation results
- Support documentation of standard product manual ( how to prepare - cook - serve ) of each menu
- Arrange stability tests for actual and accelerated method
- Support good laboratory practice implementation
- Scooping projects all Brands
- Shelf life review and analysis
- Cost reduction all Brands
- Graduated with Bachelor degree of food technology/chemistry / nutrition
- Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of experiences
- Understand about data processing
- Have knowledge about food stability testing, organoleptic and basic ISO 9001 documentation
- Able to join ASAP
