- Engineering background: Automation, IT/Communication, Chemical, Physics, Mechanical, Electro, Electric, Environmental Engineering
- Maximum 30 years old
- Personal photo attached
- Mandatory fluent in English (written & oral).
- Logic, analytical thinking, planning
- Problem analysis and solving
- Carefully about detail and thorough in completing work tasks
- Adaptability and ability to work under pressure
- Self motivated, initiative and high level of energy
- Ability to successfully train others
- Supporting sales team internally
- Processing/follow-up inquiries from customers
- Generating quotations to customers within timeline
- Check answer phone for calls and messages in quick respond
- Check incoming email and replaying immediately
- Coordination with sales team - transfer of information
- Do tele-marketing (phone calls, emailing, product promoting, preparing/send the documents, etc.)
- Meet and greet customers/suppliers
- Any additional day to day office administration requirements
