Reports to: Manufacturing Manager
Geographic Scope: Local
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Support IWS Team to develop Record Management System & Reapplication Standard
- Demonstrate attitude and capability to become Record Management SME in Manufacturing
- Responsible to conduct training to SME and create the CBA (Current Best Approach) for simplification initiative
- Support the development of CBA/DMS Loss Elimination Pillar
- Currently undertaking as final students or recently graduated from bachelor’s degree (S1) with background Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Electrical Engineering and Information & Technology
- Have knowledge and understanding of Project Management
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Good communication skills in English and to be able to work with a variety of stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, honest, good attitude, independent and self-motivated person
