About the Role:
This role is a unique opportunity to join the client Corporate HR team (based in Jakarta) in the holding of Mining and Property company. Selected candidates will be closely partnering with directors to execute HR plan that is leading to business sustainability efforts.
Job Responsibilities:
- As the HR, this position will report to the Managing Director and be expected to support daily HR operations and administrative task.
- To create and improve policies and SOP for the company's business process improvement, as well as running and to look after payroll.
- Plan, lead and manage the full spectrum human resource functions, recruitment & selection, compensation &benefits, performance management, industrial relations, organization development and training & development to meet business needs.
- Responsible for full spectrum of general affairs.
- Ensuring that all HRGA Policies & Standard Operation Procedures HRGA in compliance with current legislation
- Payroll supervision, liaising with payroll third party.
- Understanding HR Laws and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of progressive HR experience combination of generalist and specialist (C&B and OD) experience, preferably in Mining and or Local Conglomeration Group.
- Experience operating with local group senior/executive management teams and also posses strong leadership skills.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and administration skills. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients.
- Strong business acumen.
- Strong process and project management skills.
- Experienced working in Mining Site environment it’s a plus
