The Food & Beverage Sales Manager provides revenue contribution and administrative support to the overall department. With seven restaurants, bars and lounge available, the person needs to be comfortable with fast pace environment, busy sales and reservations, have strong interpersonal skills to handle sales and reservation duties.

- Act as a main resource for FB reservation agents needing assistance technically or with regards to achieving customer satisfaction
- Responds to all guest reservation request and executes prompt, courteous and accurate guest service at all times
- Fully knowledgeable about F&B Outlets, rates, promotions, programs, hotel facilities and services
- Answer guest inquiries pertaining to dining reservations
- Understand and enforce hotel and company credit policies and ensure proper billing instructions, routing instructions and payment methods are applied to the reservations
- Monitor all Tentative / Provisional / Waitlisted bookings entered on the system and follow up done for deposits / guarantee
- Update the reservation book in the F&B Office and make sure it matches with the computer system and gives priority to the best profit yield
- Response any inquiry from the guest
- Handling site visit from the guest
- Capable of handling guest complains promptly and professionally
- Draft and types correspondence, booking contracts, quotations, letter of confirmation, thank you letter for the guest
- Previous Food and Beverage leadership experience preferred
- Strong in up to date F&B Knowledge
- Computer literate in Microsoft Window and other system applications required
- Excellent administration, communication and organizational skills 3-4 bullet points, indicate the essential qualifications and experience (e.g. education, technical skills, languages)
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees
- Service oriented with an eye for details
- Good presentation and influencing skills
- Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures
- Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment
- Self-motivated and energetic
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
