YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accountable for all services and activities with regards to preventive maintenance including calibration, 3rd party technical support and spareparts availability to safeguard continuous product supply to the market. Ensures schedule adherence of all maintenance activities, including maintenance contract.
- Manage currently available manpower to conduct preventive maintenance and repair works in efficient manner. Leads a team of 6 line maintenance planner, Central Maintenance supervisor and Maintenance technicians in 3 shift operation.
- Support introduction, implementation and monitoring of the autonomous maintenance program according to maintenance strategy at SC Cimanggis
- Accountable that all production and packaging equipment complies with cGMP and HSE regula tions. Ensures, that any required action to the aspects mentioned above (change control, deviation report, safety review, etc.) is initiated and followed up
- Accountable for training, coaching and development of equipment team. Sets and assesses annual objectives for improvement of staff skills and knowledge.
- Reports directly to Head of Engineering at SC Cimanggis. Closely collaborates with all Engineering sub departments to cover all technical and process engineering aspects. Closely collaborates with HSE to ensure safety matters. Closely collaborates with Quality for cGMP matters. Closely collaborate with Manufacturing manager to ensure machine operational performance.
- Electrical/Mechanical University Degree or long experience
- Engineering background
- Experience in pharmaceutical industries
- Strong leadership and proactive attitudes required
- Strong understanding on process and plant safety required
- Analytical thinking and hands on technical experience are required
- Fast learning and high flexibility person are expected for this position
