1. Gather information from export sales and local sales needs both from GAR and Trading Downstream (Commercial and Origination)
2. Collect information on production capacity and operational conditions of Unit and Operation Downstream
3. Coordinate with PPIC for local and export sales cargo planning supported by jetty and refinery operational data
4. Coordinate with Trader for the strategy to be executed, the market situation, stock and production position, and export plan
5. Coordination with Upstream for stock availability in bulking and production conditions for certified and non-certified products
6. Coordinate with Team Operational Support and Logistics regarding warehouse rental and bulking, land logistics, and marine logistics
7. Create a logistics plan Trading based on information that has been collected and monitor from execution planning.
Job Requirements :
1. Min. a bachelor's degree from Industrial Engineering
2. Min. 1 year experience (Fresh Graduate are welcome)
3. Has experience as a Supply Chain Officer
