Responsibilities
- Participate in assurance engagements and execute the work plan.
- Work effectively as a team member, share responsibility, provide support, maintain communication, and update senior team members on progress.
- Help prepare for meetings with target management teams and participate in these meetings.
- Assist in preparing reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties.
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel.
- Build strong internal relationships within Ernst & Young Assurance and across other services.
- Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures.
- Able to handle complex issues and resolve challenges for leading companies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, both verbal and written.
- Team players within the Assurance team and across other services.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Able to deliver a high-quality result.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, or Computer Science with a minimum GPA of 3.20 or equivalent from a reputable institution; advanced degree would be a bonus.
- Have experience in IT Audit engagements, preferably in complex IT environments such as Financial Services and Telco.
- Have experience in Data Analytics; the ability to process data using tools like SQL Server, Alteryx, etc., will be an advantage.
- Have experience in Quality Control roles of system implementation is an advantage.
- Have professional certifications, such as CISA, CISM, and others will be an advantage.
- Strong logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet established goals and objectives within the specified deadline while maintaining quality at all times.
